Default Any suggestions on supplements and othe help

From my last post I have since found out that my coach his been stopped training all of his guys and his training camp has closed. Now I am working out at my local YMCA with NO real plan. I need help with replacing my choice of Whey protein and picking up any extra supplements to help me. I would ask my trainer/coach but his number I have for him has been disconnected.

I am trying to loose fat and gain muscle so I am lifting and running. I am taking Whey Protein from Body Fortress but now I can't get it at the store I go to usually. Any suggestions on any powders and/or supplements that would be good. I lift every day MWF doing upper body then T-TH doing lower body then running 30 mins each day in the gym. I am at 202lbs and I would like to get down weight wise as much as I can but the main thing is just to loose the body fat and bring out the muscle. If you want to and have any useful diets that might help please post them or message me.

DS, pick up your protein online from a bulk supplier, it's cheaper. Several have been mentioned in other threads.

I find using a resource like fitday.com helps me track my weight and food intake, and makes sure both are moving in the right direction.

I can personally recommend SizeOn by Gaspari nutrition. As an ectomorph with a tight schedule I have always had problems adding mass, but with sizeon and cytogainer I added a lot of quality mass during a 2 month span. I've managed to maintain that mass as well, with just plain whey protein for now, and I'm probably going back on sizeon in august.

Don't rely on supplements though, all you really need is rest, food and a good workout program.

As for diet, it's very important that you make sure that you're getting at least an excess of 500 calories daily, to ensure muscle gains. Since you are doing cardio on a daily basis, you are going to need even more calories, otherwise you'll lose weight too fast along with strength loss, which will in turn prevent you from gaining muscle.

Here are some of the foods I eat:
Eggs
steak
Turkey
Salmon
Lean Pork
Lean beef
White Rice
Pasta
WW Bread
Oats
WMS
Potatos
Sweet Potatos
Almonds
Natural Panut Butter
Olive Oil

White rice might not be the best solution for you, because of the simple carbs so if you don't mind the taste then go for brown rice. Also remember to have a cheat day every once in a while and just stuff your face with a greasy pizza or mcdonald's, just to make sure that you get enough calories in and it will also help you with the mental factor of eating plain tasting food all week.

If you need a more in detail diet, just let me know.
