Juggler Method and SOIs (not really qualification...)

I'm not sure exactly where to put this, it's definitely not comfort, I guess it's the most like qualification.

I just wanted to know what people thought of Juggler's Method and his use of SOIs. I love his book, but I frankly I'm a little nervous about using some of his methods... in particular SOIs.

For those who don't know, he basically says that you should make Statements Of Interest. Basically have some BIG BALLS. The example he gives is: "We should go back to my house and watch the cat do back flips while you give me a massage." If she doesn't reject it then you're game. SOIs get her thinking about sex with you, show her you are bold, and tell you how you're doing with the whole attraction thing (personally, I think there are better ways of detecting interest).

He also talks about just going up to a girl and starting a conversation, and not worrying about opening... don't use a sneaky risk-free opener because girls can detect that and it doesn't show confidence like just coming over and talking does.

I mean honestly, you are taking less of a risk SOIing than you are trying to make out with a girl.

I wanted to know what people thought about these things since they go against standard gaming.

P.S. Much Juggler's stuff is pure GOLD.... i'm loving it. It's almost like a second perspective to the game, and he has so many good things.

I'm not sold on the SOI yet. I've known about it for like, 2 years now. I game a lot of girls in clubs, and if I don't qualify the girl before throwing out an SOI, I usually freak the girl out and she thinks I'm just looking to get laid.

My personal preference is to show the girl I'm attracted to her in some way other then her looks (qualify), then build some comfort and maybe through an SOI if I feel like it.

All in all, I don't really think about SOI'ing so to speak, if it happens in a set, it happens.

I was reading something by TD the other day and he really solidified this for me. If you are hitting on 7s or sometimes 8s, and if you aren't in the club, then it's fine, you can get away with it. You don't have to run as much attraction material, in fact you can run too much. So that would be where you can use things like direct openers. I feel like Juggler method is MUCH more geared for this kinda stuff, where mystery method is more for that super hot babe at the club.

btw, i wouldn't dare SOI before qualification either way (or forced IOIs in Juggler's case).

I SOI all the time at the clubs, and yes the first couple usually baffle her, but it puts that thought in her head, and eventually they break through. Although my SOI's are usually a little more sexual then Jugglers since I think some of his are just plain weird.
Direct makes pickup go a hell of a lot faster, and many more foolsmates that is what I know for sure.

wow, the lovesystems thing was amazingly helpful. i'm about to change my game dramatically. i knew i always sort of over-gamed and had trouble being "real" without losing her. Now the antidote is in the clear.

My experience is that a good SOI can greatly speed up the comfort game. Poorly timed it's a recipe for disaster and you'll get shit-tested. I find that it works best when you're controlling the frame and throwing hoops at her. You need to have IOIs before an SOI will work best, although if a girl is horny or drunk sometimes they work before that. I like to SOI right before I kiss a girl after escalating kino for a bit. I use this as a cornerstone of my night game and it's the SOI that I use in conjunction with my whisper-kiss routine. The SOI is what I whisper to her in her far ear and then I steal the kiss as I return to my original position.

It's the frame that you have that will determine how or if an SOI will work. If you appear timid as you deliver it you lower your percieved value. If you have a strong enough frame it doesn't really matter what you say your SOI can get you what you want. I like to bait her by using yes ladders, hoops and ||||y-funny lines to get her thinking about whats coming next and then hit her with the SOI. If she's already thinking it then you're on the same page and the SOI will likely work wonders for you.
