What steps do you guys take to prevent premature ejaculation?

I feel as though I have a REALLY bad case of it. The longest I have lasted is about 3 minutes, and that's from my SECOND round.

The thing is, I have this really sensitive part at the bottom part of the tip and once that is touched all hell breaks lose. I can't control it. It just feels sooo good and I have no choice but to cum.

What do you guys recommend? I've tried a lot of different things. Masterbating first, numbing creams and condoms, stopping/taking breaks, squeezing it, trying to distract myself, etc.
None of these have really helped.
Thoughts?

Look man, a lot of guys go through it. YOu have to work through it. It is going to be a problem for a while.

exercise your PC muscle. Do it ALL THE ||||ING TIME

That will help.

eventually you will be having sex one time when you are able to fight off the urge to cum, weather it be from stopping or from pure willpower or from flexing your PC, but eventually it will happen. THen you will find that it when that heppens you cam cumwhen you want to. YOu will be able to hold off for 20-30 minutes easily. Dont worry too much about pre-jak right now, it will get better with time. Get a regular FB and work through it.

Get drunk....that should build some confidence for the first times...double rap your tool, won't feel as much and will be able to last longer.

Prolly not the best advice, but it works, if you're looking primarily for a solution i'd say get drunk. If it's not about you and more about a reputation, just get wastey, otherwise look for other advice

Personly i've never double rapped but i've had many singles break, but i'm far from ejaculation, i guess that was horrible advice to give someone with PE seeing as if it broke it'd be dooms day and lead to that word that starts with an A and rhymes with shmish smortion...my bad nice save KennyBaby....NICE SAVE

when you are pissing, try and stop pissing in mid stream. That is your PC muscle. You can do exercises all day long and nobody will ever know.

While I am pissing I can stop the flow for as long as I want. I have tried it. It hurts a little but I can practically hold my piss (after starting a little bit of it) for a while. But I can't with cum. I dont know. I feel as though a small part of me WANTS to cum asap and get it over with.
How do you exercise it exactly?

Jerk off... A lot. every day and 2-3 times the day you think you're going to have sex. Seriously.

Alcohol and condoms are good...

I've always had the opposite problem actually. It can take forever to finish and if I'm drunk I probably won't. NOT jerking off at all actually helps with that.
