If you guys haven't tried roasting lamb yet, I'd definitely suggest that.
I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with the grocery store "Trader Joes" but it's a great store with amazing, natural, gourmet products that are actually REASONABLY priced. You'll be amazed if you haven't gone there.
The reason I mention Trader Joes is because they have a boneless lamb roast there that's already pre-seasoned (I think it's called Burgundy lamb or something) and it's really good.
Just stick a couple cloves of garlic into it before roasting and roast potatoes with it as well.
It's super easy, and seems difficult. Could easily be an impressive dish
