Need advice on gaming younger girls.

Ok I am asking for advice since I am interested in an employee (oouch) of mine.

1. she is young and beautiful (24, I am 40)
2. She is also interested in money.
3. He husband is cheating on her and she does not know that I know this.
4. She is complaining to me that she is too beautiful to be poor and wants to live in a big house.

I guess I should just stay away from this, but on the other hand I would like to marry her and show her off.

On my own part:
1. I am 40
2. I make 3 dollars for every dollar the next guy makes in this small town.
3. I have obvious social proof.

So, talk me out of it or give me advice on how to approach this. I thought of just telling how it is and telling her to be smart enough to take it or if she isn't good luck to her and this is the last we will speak of it.

Give her the link for etrade or a good place for her to invest money. She needs to make her own money in life. Even if she doesn't make much.

You worked for your money. Life's not about money, but you don't want anyone who feels they're entitled to it because they're having sex with you or because they have your name.

How did you know her husband's cheating, and if she is beautiful, why isn't he with her?

Help her out as a friend and give her confidence (subtle though...you don't want to be the reason the marriage ended) to get out of the marriage at the most. No sexual favors. She might need to move to a larger populated area.

Work on your game so that the money isn't an issue at all or even needed. Get her to pay for you using her husband's money at first so that she knows you aren't one of those guys that will just placate her.

Bottom line you DON't want to marry this one as she'll just end up taking half in the long run. make her one of your MLTR's.

Oh, one thing that worked for me once was to tell her, "man you are shallow. you just look for the big house and the money. Don't you know there's more to men than being your money supply? I'm insulted." i had this golddigger nurse start pointing out houses to me that she wanted to live in. I told her she was objectifying me by doing so. Then gave her some compliments, but the money grubbing comment acted as a big neg for this HB9 who thought that alone meant she deserved it. She then qualified herself to me in other ways and got that ball rolling. (I screwed it up into the LJBF zone but I wouldn't have even gotten close to that zone in the past)
