looking for San Fran bay area hotpots

Hey Guys,

I'll be coming out to the Bay area this weekend for a week, staying in Silicon valley and and am looking for decent bars or clubs to hit between San Fran and San Jose. I'm a bit older so I'm specifically looking for places that have a decent amount of late 20 and 30 something gals. Can anyone recommend any places, even good mid-week after work watering holes? Also let me know what the dress code is. Thanks in advance for your help

San Jose: V-Bar

San Francisco: St. Regis Hotel Bar, the various bars/clubs in the Marina, Vessel (Union Square)

These bars/clubs tend to have older/professional people and not the young college drunk crowd. Good luck.

Thanks rnaco. I ended up finding a great place in Sunnyvale on Saturday night. It's called Barcelona and it's on N. Mathilda just off Rt 101. It's a totally Mexican crowd. It's open Friday and Saturday but Saturday night is Salsa night so I checked out. It was full of HB Mexican women, 20's,30's,40's. I was the only white boy there but had fun talking to the Mexican dudes and practicing my Spanish. Someone told me the night before that hookers go there. I ended up meeting an HB9. She was all over me in minutes (being able to speak Spanish was a big plus!). Not sure if she was a hooker but she was saying she was poor and looking for a good guy to hook up with. It was a definete f-close opportunity if I wanted it. Anyway this is a great place to check out if you like hot Mexican babes. Damn I wish there were places like this back in Boston.
