Are You Down With GPP? | Wannabebig
Just curious how many of y'all have done are currently doing gpp. I am looking for some new routines or ideas tools to utilize etc..
I am currently doing GPP on my off days hopefully get my body composition looking closer to a George St. Pierre I know my diet is in check using fit day religiously so hopefully with adding more GPP workouts instead of my current 2 day running and 1 day GPP. Also following Nate Green's Built For Show Workouts.
