I do HIT (High Intensity Training) so I do a lot of compound excercises (squats, deadlifts, should press). I do full body workouts and only haev to lift twice a week. When I gradudated high school I was so skinny that once I cleaned my act up I got the same comments (about juicing).
LOL I am pretty good with taste and supps. Dont try this at home kids! The fruit punch and blueberry are not bad. I am taking 2 scoops pre workout. Previous I was taking stacker 2's for energy but no need for that and you cant mix vasolidators and eca stacks cause eca works as a constrictor.
