I like the look, a skinny tie would be appropriate though.

ditch the cargos. ask any women what kind of body on a man they like, they'll universally say V shape torso turns them on. You've got it, but you're hiding it with those pants. Because the pants are loose and have extra pockets on the side, they make your legs look bigger and your torso smaller in comparison. I understand that this is just for work, but you can find better fitting (tighter) casual khakis. They make khakis in a low rise bootcut that make guys legs/butt look great. If you don't have a pair of low rise boot cut jeans or pants in your wardrobe, i'd definitely recommend getting some. Go shopping with a girl friend and she'll tell you what looks best on you.

Just my 2 cents only trying to help.
    thanks for the cc bro

The vest thing is a great look but I believe done in a more casual and comfortable setting. Maybe getting a tuxedo vest leaving it open and swapping for a comfortable blank V Neck? Just my two cents, alot of your pictures look like the same thing but with different button down shirts, the look doens't exactly say your the most care-free guy out there

    Brown khakis
Nike Air Structure Triax 10+ Running shoes (I don't run...but I bike A LOT and walk A LOT, so these sneakers are crazy comfortable, especially during my rest days)

Today I for some reason, don't know why though, choose to wear a grey long sleeve shirt. And I'm doing nothing? Besides preparing haha. Well I didn't forget my pants. Just plain thight black pants the scandinavian style. I like these because they make you look very stylish, but actauly they are also very nice to wear. Which in some circumstances that mix can be rather difficult to find. Since I avoid using wax every day , I'm using Sebastian Hard Mud Wax and it's a brilliant wax, though it gives you a hard time when you want to get it out - I choose to wear a white hat, remember to buy more hats, and grey shoes.

And my watch, which is black. Pilgrim by the way, they make decent watches.
