*SIGH* such a car salesmanTrader joe's lamb is pretty good but if you want to do one better you could buy a leg of lamb and while you're there get a head of garlic (yes a whole head not just a clove!) as well as some fresh sage and thyme (sorry no rosemary unless you're french!)
Before you roast grab a knife (always fun!) and stab said lamb then stuff a slice of garlic with one of the aforementioned herbs (mix it up please!) then roast as usual.
In the end you end up with a beautiful piece of lamb and a kitchen that smells like the south of france (or at least like AshleyL's place!).
Stick a probe thermometer in that and wait until it reads 155 (to be safe) and then just slice of the slabs of love!....If you don't love it AshleyL and I will chip in to cover your cost! (Am I kidding? I don't know!....Does it matter?...NO!)
