Do They Sell Suit Jackets/Blazers w/o Shoulder Pads?

    Hey,
I'm sorry if this seems like an outdated question - I am fairly uncertain of what is considered fashionable, etc. Do they sell suit jackets - basically the jacket you wear for a suit, a.k.a. a blazer, without those goddamn annoying-as-hell shoulder pads? If so, where are some places I can get one without spending a fortune (i.e. store names, GAP, A|X, Banana Republic?) Thanks and take it easy.

You could just remove the pads.

They sell them all over the place.. seriously!
I also prefer them without pads..usually buy them at H&M, cheap as hell!

That's a no go.. because the jacket is fitted with the pads..removing them will destroy the fitt and make the jacket look baggy and hang of off your body/shoulders. unless you get it tailored (wich can be quite expensive)

Yeah you can find it everywhere
I was reading Men's health and they stated that shoulderpad less suits are now the style. So expect to see more of them

Yeah, I would think they would be in style now. Where/what is H&M? I think they would even sell blazers at GAP right?

Shoulderpad-less (Its a word I swear...) sports coats definitly look more relaxed and casual then heading out with normal ones. Both have their place though, and can be used.

What you want is an American-Cut jacket (I'm serious).
The taper of an American styled jacket is for sleeker shoulders. Italian shoulders are the bulkiest of all and traditional European are almost a hybrid between the two.
