Alpha, Beta, ____ : finish this sentence.

    Howdy fellas.
I never get on this forum now days... Been years actually.
    No need to for myself.

Question for the Freudian/Jungians in here.

    Alphas:
Guys who can be pack leaders or at least dominant nature in reserve.

    Betas:
Guys that can follow. They generally can get in place and do what they are supposed to do. They can listen for queues and know where to exit.

    Blah
Then we have guys who are not willing to listen to a dammed thing. They are weak minded and tend not to conform to any system that isn't dictatorial. They aren't passive more than they are just whiny malcontents. They could not be a wing since they aren't "beta enough" to pull that off.

My circle of friends turned into mostly being girls and women after I learned their wild brains. I can't hang out with most guys. They annoy the crap out of me. I'm in LA so my pickings are strikingly sparse anyway.

I'm a student of philosophy so I really like to apply this psychology to my writing. The reason why I ask is I don't hang out with many guys. I need a label for them. They don't deserve beta. Once I get a good label I am going to write an essay about it.
I was thinking of breaking the greek chronology and just calling them charlies. Two pump chucks. trader joe's reference
    Maybe gammas?

I hope this is in the right category.
    Interested to hear thoughts.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I actually had a friend's face in mind immediately when I read "whiny malcontent". I think the term is supposed to be AFC, but I would say that these guys are even a step below that in terms of inner-game.

No idea what to call them, Charlie doesn't seem right and gamma doesn't get the point across.

Some 40yr/old virgin neckbeard tampoon worshiper will just fit in the hello kitty bonsai beta-box. :/

AFC definitely gets me pretty close.
Betas can be AFC definitely. Maybe I am searching for distinct socio-class distinctions where they don't exist.
I'll keep working on it. Gracias.

    Someone's already classified these guys...

While it might be fun to put men into categories, one has to wonder why you can't keep male friends. They can't all be THAT annoying, so is it possible you just don't like them because you see them as competition? Just something to think about...

    Love the chart!
Figured a mod would come by with something good... or ban me.

I have a very small group of brothers containing some betas(+/-) and appears a delta or two from the definitions.
I gotta halt my dive into the psychological rabbit hole.

Ha the Tri-Lambdas forgot about those guys.
I felt like those movies were social conditioning. Before the 80's scientists and engineers were not part of a social outcast.

Thats a pretty important symbol in math and science.

    if X = omega- then Lambda -> 0
