    Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale area

The best I have found is Mill Ave. in Tempe. The girls there are hot, college age, but not bitchy-superficial like in Scottsdale. We mainly street sarge outside of the bars, but the Tavern is one I like to go in.
Biltmore Fashion Square is a great place for early evening and weekend day sarging. It has some nice resaraunt/bar places, and Border's is open til midnight or so. TONS of HB's there. It is an upscale mall, so they are all hot. Very high F/M ratio too.
I've been to Scottsdale once or twice, and wasn't very turned on. I think my lack of familiarity with the city has a lot to do with that. Scottsdale women are reputed to be some of the hottest in the world.
Some other places I have tried:

    Rosie McCaffrey's in Phx
: better place to hang out and have a beer than to sarge. Not many HB's, but nice chill atmosphere.

    Sonoma Brewing Co. in Phx:
same as Rosie's. The IPA is the best I've ever had.
George & Dragon in Phx: I don't like this place. Full of old barflys and ex-frat boys.
Metro Center mall: Ok, if you are into young girls. Better on weekends.
Scottsdale Fashion Centre mall: Seemed like a great place, the two bars on the exterior were crawling with HB's, but when I went there I got bigtime approach anxiety.
Phoenix Art Museum: Nice. I like smart/arty chicks. People are open to approaching in museums, and there is always something to fluff about. Thursday is the free day.
Buffalo Exchange Tempe (clothing resale shop): Not bad. A place for freaky HB's. Good looking hired guns, too. The one in Phx is ok, but not quite as good.
    on the list to visit:
SMOCA - Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art
Scottsdale Civic Plaza - seems like a nice place to day sarge
Art Link First Friday - monthly artwalk that is loaded with indie girls. I go all the time, but never tried sarging there.
Phoenix Ranch Market - I'm trying to find this place. It is somewhere near Roosevelt and 16th street. I've heard it is an incredible outdoor market. I might have it confused with another market.
Third Thursdays in Scottsdale - another big artwalk, older crowd.
Axis/Radius - this place is the Scottsdale legend, but I have never been there.
ASU campus - "Girls Gond Wild" scandal, ranked #1 party school in the nation in '05 - 'nuff said.
Old Town Glendale - weekend or day sarging? West side girls need a piece of the Slayer, too.
Let me know if you've had any luck at any of these places, or anywhere else in the valley. PM me if you need a wing

The women in scottsdale ARE hot, but what they have in looks, they lack in personality. Some of these women are so stupid/childish that you'll want to hit them in the mouth before you can even run an opener on them. And this applies to every "fake-blonde-hair-tons-of-makeup" girl in scottsdale. In the 7 years I've lived here, I've met 1 girl that I really connect with and enjoy talking to (HB9.5 IMO and I have really high standards) The rest are dumb ignorant attention whores. For example, I'm awake right now because a dumb blonde just sent me a txt msg (at 5am, mind you) about how she "had a really bad nightmare and now she can't go back to sleep!!!", and for some reason, I'm supposed to care? Of course, I didn't reply. This girl is an HB8, but shit like this completely turns me off to her. I've had my share of late night 8 hour phone calls from 12am - 8am, but for some reason this kind of late night attention-whoring really bothers me :.
Anyways check this out. I don't really like this girl at all (she's fun to look at, but that's it and that's not enough for me), so I'm going to create some drama for my own entertainment. She's best friends with a girl (HB7) who's fallen for me head over heels (she's still calling me every week and trying to talk to me on aol, despite the fact that I havn't replied to her or answered her calls in over 3 months). Anyways, one night, HB8 sends me a txt msg. On my end, it's the standard "who's this?". She says it's her, I run some game on her, tell her HB7 wouldn't like the fact that we're talking, ask how she got my number, turned the conversation sexual, and etc. The next night, I gave her a cold read, and that was all it took to get her to be txting me at 5am when she had a bad nightmare lol. Anyways, I sent HB7 a text message saying, "did you have fun at HB8's house last night?", she goes "no, OMG how did u kno i wuz gonna go ovr there??!?" I say, "Well I didn't, but I figured you were over there because HB8 was texting me for like 6 hours last night, and I thought it was you on her phone." Immediately I get like 10 calls in a row from HB7 within the frame of 4 minutes. I can't pick up the phone because I'm at work, and I don't plan to return the calls. We'll see how this drama plays out lol I hate stupid girls.
That's my outlook on scottsdale. I love the city though.

Hey sun, used to hop in between margarita rocks and the tavern all the time lol. I've enjoyed the mill cue club as they have the couches and it's easy to really scope things out and plan an approach if needed.
I actually work at the Esplanade so I'll take walks during the day to borders, etc.
Thursdays are typically my night and we like to hit the cheap places near ASU as we (my friend and I) have friends that live nearby and give us a larger group for more social proof.
Never had much luck at margarita rocks, it's a sausage fest most of the time and I've only met a bunch of single moms there ... crazy stuff. It's like a candy shop on mill nowadays, I LOVE it

Hey, here's something I've often wanted to know. WHY are there so many hotties in Scottsdale, as compared to other places? If you're from there, please don't take this the wrong way, but I personally don't really see the appeal there. It's really nice in the winter, but it's SO freakin hot most of the rest of the year. Plus, the times I've been there, it seemed really flat and not that exciting. Like I said, sorry if I offend anyone who's from there, but I'm just curious

    Hey no offense taken
I guess it's a lot like the California effect. I often work near LA (Inland empire) and when I fly in, I can see us descend into that huge smog cloud, traffic is much heavier, and all the building/construction seems decades old and there are tons of pockets of not-well-to-do neighborhoods etc. Yet, it seems everyone wants to move there. I definitely see where you're coming from.
Personally I'm not a huge scottsdale fan at all. It seems that there are so many folks trying to fit into the city that they come off as fake, I dunno. Some parts near camelback and whatnot are gorgeous but again, I like newer construction/suburbs and not a 70 year old building that is 'nice' because the prices are expensive. I like my space and country I guess.
IMO, AZ is great because within a short drive, you can be down in Mexico, in San Diego at the beach, up north enjoying great skiing or my favorite, hanging in a jacuzzi in a cabin up north, etc.
AZ is also growing so it's home to tons of great fields. Tech is great here, Healthcare is great here, etc. Housing is also super affordable, especially now that hte bubble is deflating and prices are coming back to reality.
You can buy a cheap house in Ohio or some rural state but you also make a ton less and get a more "locked in" feel. In AZ, the wages are sweet, there is a TON of room to move and live. If you like the city, stay in phoenix or scottsdale. If you like college towns, stick to Tempe. If you want to live where there are still cow farms, live in Gilbert/Chandler and enjoy the open country.
Best part? None of those cities are more than a 15-20 minute drive from each other, we have some of the best freeways in the country with all the rubberized asphalt.
Actually the freeways were the #1 thing I would have missed moving to CA heh. going from rubberized to non is a HUGE step down. Your cheap car can feel like a Lexus on those things
Also, perhaps because of the heat, we just seem to have a TON of great looking women here. If you go to the malls and hang out on Scottsdale Road or Mill Ave, you'll see a lot of that - especially when college is in session.
Few short reasons. I've travelled a bit and just don't find as much packed into one small area as I have here. The chance to move into the city and live in a great condo with city views or move 20 miles away and live in a home that was just built with all new stores and restaurants around all while not having to worry about commuting, is a huge favorite.
In places like NY and CA, to get that freedom of movement you'll likely either add a couple hours to your commute or have to change jobs entirely. Personal preference, but I just haven't found any place I liked more - my .02
