Day 2 tomorrow - best 'new' ideas to try

Hi Guys,

I've arranged a Day 2 tomorrow with a girl from POF. She seems okay from her mails. I managed to get in a couple of teases already, one about her using the word cock - well it gets filtered by POF and a neg/tease about old age.

I realise that my past day 2s have been too standard and need some originality and fun for me and the girls involved! I know being in the right frame of mind is key but what are the best 'routines' to use which are fairly quick to learn and implement.

We're having a drink or too in a bar. I think I could try running The Cube on her and/or do the ring finger thing. I've never fully done the Cube so that maybe interesting to actually do and complete. I've done the ring finger thing but felt a bit weird doing it. I know some of this will come with practice.

I'm kind of resigned to the fact that my game is a mess and I need to build some solid foundations. I think a part of me has been denying I need help in a lot of areas in this. I've done stuff and it hasn't worked so obviously I need to try different stuff. I may try telling that long-winded Paris Hilton joke - the one where a man obsessed with her ends up alone on a desert island with her.

My 2 big concerns for tomorrow are 1/ that it slips into a standard get to know you , almost interview like chat 2/ I need to qualify her - I think she maybe too much of a drinker for me. I don't really want to get involved with alcoholic women

I have made arrangements to meet someone else tomorrow evening shortly afterwards, a girl I f-closed a few months ago. I have no intention of f-closing her again as logisitics will be good as impossible but I want to keep her available.

Take her go kart racing. If she's over 30 it's likely been ages since she has done it. Take her for drinks after and watch the expression on her face as you recount the experience. The adrenaline rush with transfer into attraction for you.

the 'stage' as such has been set I was just looking for a more fun way of getting to know her better than it turning into a normal, standard, 20 questions thing - you know - what do you do for a job? - what do you do hobbies/interests? - why did you move here? (This question is ALWAYS asked as I'm an English expat in Switzerland.) I think I may just say I don't want to answer those sort of questions - to see her reaction. I'll think I'll have to default to The Cube as at least I have an idea of how to do it.

Ok guys I thought I'd update this - Oh how SHIT was I yesterday I slipped straight back into autopilot and did so much AFC stuff I'm ashamed to admit. Far too much to write to be honest. It's easier to write what I did right. Yes I was that bad!

Ok. When talking to my girl I negged her lightly on originally coming from Liverpool.She gave me a sort of evil look. Later when talking about Switzerland I backed up my claim that the lakeside is far more inferior to Britain's seaside - I stood my ground and she was almost huffing and puffing - I think she was getting pissed off! A bit later on she quizzed me on liking sports - I have almost zero interest - so I said so without flinching or making excuses. It was quite cool to stand my ground.
I managed to qualify her - as I suspected she's too much of a piss-head for me. Also the sneaky bitch never gave me my change (not much money - but it's the principle!) when I asked her to buy another couple of drinks with my money. She never said thanks once and she practically ran away when we finished. She was quite a lot less attractive in reality than her photo. There were lot's of conflicting body language. She kept bunching back her hair and her pupils were dilated as fuck (I do suspect she was possibly on drugs or wearing contacts) Her upper chest was getting quite red. Strangely she was like half made up. No lipstick - WTF? At least try to be feminine! She mentioned an ex about a zillion times in the conversation.

Lessons to learn. Choose different environments. Prime her to be feminine and fun. Just try standard routines, even if they come across as forced at least it will not be as numbing. Venue change - she even suggested it but I was beyond caring at that point!

Very true - at least nowadays I can see that I'm doing things wrong. I never put the failure *entirely* down to the other person.Though there are some occasions where no matter what you do you're not going to progress with that girl/woman.

It's the great circle of life for PU. Outer Game feeding Inner Game which feeds Outer...etc etc.

I think if I arrange something different then my mindset will be different and autopilot is less likely to happen. It's amazing as I was going through things in my mind about 3 minutes before and I was preparing doing the cube...practicing some lines and then as soon as I get to the venue --- it's gone
