still able to get out of the Friend Zone?

Known a girl at work for about a month now then a big complicated cluster**** ensued (good friend with gf who he wanted to marry cockblocked me and made out with work girl) but her and I are back to normal.
After all this she still flirts with me at work everyone sees it, says I'm hot and cute, nearly made out a work a few times (before the cluster****, i didn't engage in case the boss walked in, he was in our vicinity), however we went to dinner and a movie recently (1st time out alone with her) and she said i was more of a brother to her at dinner but then i did some of the kino tactics sparingly on our "date" at the movies, walking back to the car (arm around her, playful hits/bumps) and she was responsive to that.
Right now I'm just breaking contact with her (I've only known her for about a month though is 2-3 weeks too much or what) is it still possible to pursue?

    WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think dinner nd movies was a bad idea, it just kinda puts you in chode frame.

Here's what I'd do mate, and this is provided you're pretty good at pickup/escalation already...

Get the girl out, but get her out ON YOUR TERMS.

One of the biggest leaps forward I made in pickup was when I (accidentally) started doing a repeatable date where I take a really hot girl out, and

    1) Go for drink in my hometown
    2) Without telling her, take her out to play and teach her pool
    3) next venue pub-near to home
    4) Off to my 'garden' to have a 'glass of wine' with her...

It's a date where I'M in control and KNOW where it's heading.
Try doing something where you invite her into YOUR world.
Dinner and movies without any physical action is kinda 'anti-pickup'. You've probably put yourself in friendzone,
    soz!!!!

OP: In the future, just post one thread on a subject.

Also, you can't discuss minors on this Forum. Probably a good idea to read the Forum FAQ before posting again.

    Thanks.
