What up Mike!
You do want to do what Pony Boy said, and send her what we call "Ping Texts"... things that don't necassarily need a response, but generally elicit one anyway.... Shit like:
"It's impossible to look cool picking up a frisbee"
"I think bumper stickers are a shortcut to saying 'Lets never be friends'."
"I never know which way to look when eating a banana"
(credit Braddock, 5.0, and demitri martin )
that's one option... another is Facebook! This is a lot easier than texting, in my opinion.
make comments on her shit, send her funny/cute videos... videos/articles/pictures that you have inside jokes about.... for instance, I had an inside joke with a girl that she was my driver to and from anywhere I needed to go, so I found a picture of a female limo driver and a rich guy in the back, and tagged her in it on facebook.
Something really funny I got from Daxx... if I didn't like a status, or whatever, I'd click the like button, then click the unlike button, and then comment "I clicked like, just so I could unlike this! :-P "
The key with all of this, whether text or FB, is to just remind her you're there with funny, silly, inside joke type shit...and mix in normal conversation... ask if she got her grades, what she got for xmas, tell her how your new years party would have kicked her new years party's ass!
See how she responds to both styles (funny/joking/silly... and more normal conversation shit) and then you'll have your formula. so if she responds well to funny shit and plays along and feeds you shit to work off of, then your formula is like 70% funny shit, 30% normal shit (***please don't take that too literally tho like, say 7 funny things and then 3 normal things ;-) ***) and vice versa.
If you want a more elaborate/detailed/specific response... shoot me an email bro Dubbsy@lovesystems.com.
I just got out of college and used a lot of this shit while I was in it, so I'd be more than happy to help you out!!
Happy new year!
"Dubbsy is plain and simple, a cool guy! So easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and it felt like he is part of my clique and it would be cool just to hang out with him. For me personally it felt like he is the easiest to relate to."
